1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service purchase or project commencement.
- Refunds will only be considered for services that have not yet been delivered or initiated.
- No refund will be issued for completed or partially completed work.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Any fees paid for domain registration, third-party tools, or advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) are non-refundable.
- Customized services and consultation fees are non-refundable once the work has started or sessions have been completed.
3. Project-Based Services
- For fixed-price projects, if the project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
- If the project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
4. Monthly Services
- For recurring or monthly services (SEO, SMM, etc.), a refund is not provided for the current billing cycle once the service has been initiated.
- To avoid future billing, clients must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
