The scope of each project will be clearly defined in the proposal shared with the client prior to commencement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

Provide all necessary information, content, and materials required to execute the project.

Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.

Respond to communication and approve stages of the project in a timely manner.

Payments & Invoicing

All projects will be subject to an initial advance payment (typically 30–50%) before development begins.

Final payment must be made upon completion, before delivery of files or project deployment.

All fees are non-refundable once the project scope is approved and work has commenced.

Delays in payment may result in a hold on the project or additional fees.

Project Timelines

Project timelines will be outlined in the proposal. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required inputs or approvals will not be the responsibility of Nocetech.

Revisions & Changes

Clients are entitled to a fixed number of revisions as specified in the project agreement.

Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design, code, and materials.

Nocetech retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Hosting & Domain

If Nocetech provides hosting/domain services, we will ensure uptime to the best of our abilities, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Any third-party hosting/downtime issues are not under our control.

Limitation of Liability

Nocetech will not be liable for:

Any loss or damage caused by third-party plugins or service providers.

Security breaches due to outdated software or user mishandling.

Indirect or consequential damages.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. In such cases, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date. No refunds will be issued for completed phases.

Confidentiality

All information shared between Nocetech and the client will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh
